Here at Katharo Training Center we offer a full suite of fitness and mobility training programs.  From personal coaching to group classes, we offer functional fitness to fit your body and your lifestyle.

Our classes stand alone with a philosphy built around fitness for an active lifestyle.  We look at everyone’s individual needs and see what they could use in their life.  From flexibility to workouts that are scalable to your own fitness level, we are here to help you achieve the goals that you want for yourself and your life.  Here we have a strong emphasis on mobility and technique.  Technique helps us prevent injuries, as well as maximize the training benefits.

We offer a full workout area with weights, bumper plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-up rig, rings for dips and muscle ups, jump ropes, etc.
